Extenison and Conversion
This Renovation was completed to a fixed budget. A long term project including considerable groundworks to the front and rear of the property. Conversion to the functionality of the home was made by using the expertise of Damian Paul (Director) who designed a striking alteration to the layout of the entire property. The home was transposed lending the gardens to become more secluded and private and the driveway and entrance of the property to have place and purpose.

This period property was completed to exacting and bespoke detail. During the 11 months, we worked closely with our client and their designer to achieve a very personal and unique refurbishment of this family home. The works comprised of structural alterations, and reconfiguration of the lower 3 floors which included reinstatement of all of the period features, integrated into the new contemporary design.
Project Type: Renovation
A design and build project carried out for a small property developer. This included assisting with purchase, obtaining planning permission, construction and designing all finishes. Every aspect of the project was handled by us and our associate professionals. The project was challenging due to the tight budget and site restrictions, however it was successfully completed.
Project Type:Renovation
This exclusive and high end project was carried out for one of London’s premier property developers. We were proud to be part of this award winning project with our involvement from conception through to the sale of the property. Damian Paul (our Director), personally designed many aspects of the project including the 3 storey water feature. We created the deepest single basement level in London at its time, excavating up to 5 metres deep by hand.
